Foundation Structure

Genesis Philanthropy Group (GPG) is a non-profit association (amutah) registered in the State of Israel. Genesis has offices and dedicated staff in 3 regions of the world: Israel, the FSU, and North America.  Each regional team develops its own portfolio of grants and initiatives in order to further GPG's mission.

GPG has convened a diverse group of professionals that bring knowledge of the Russian-Jewish experience, Jewish values, and effective philanthropy and that can identify the right opportunities for the foundation.

In our staff we look for the ability to be change agents and thought leaders in the field. We are committed to employing talented professionals who are passionate about our mission and who are inspired by the ancient Jewish goal of tikkun olam – improving and perfecting the world.
