Ezra USA

Ezra USA, founded in December 2002, is a youth movement working with Russian-speaking Jewish students and young adults in North America. Ezra has been a key provider of birthright trips and post-birthright programming for Russian-speaking Jews. Genesis is working with Ezra on a number of capacity-building efforts that will help professionalize the organization, increase the quality and impact of programs offered, and establish an ongoing self-assessment process to help manage multiple projects. GPG funding will support Ezra's New York headquarters, the opening of a professionally-run office in Boston and several efforts which will improve organizational, as well as technical capabilities, allowing Ezra to reach a wider audience more effectively.
