Ilia Salita

Ilia Salita is the executive director of the Genesis Philanthropy Group in North America.

Ilia received his M.S. in biology from Moscow State University in 1984. After graduation he spent several years doing research and teaching at academic institutions in Russia and the U.S.

Prior to assuming his role at GPG, Ilia worked in the private sector engaged in personnel management, business development, marketing and recruitment.

Ilia lives in New Jersey with his wife Irina and two sons - Joshua and Robert.
