Marina Lyaunzon

Marina Lyaunzon is a Project Manager for GPG North America.

Marina immigrated to the United States in 1989 from Kharkov, Ukraine.  She received degrees in Economics and Computer Science from New York University.  After graduating, she spent four years working as a technical Project Manager, after which, in 2006, she began working as a freelance Project Management consultant for mid-sized companies and non-profit organizations.  She managed technology, marketing and product development implementations, as well as conferences and fund-raising events.

After going to Israel for the first time in 2004, Marina volunteered with the Ezra USA youth movement and completed the Leadership Training Program, taking six Birthright groups to Israel over the next five years, as a madricha.  She has also deeply involved in the Russian Jewish community in NY, helping organize events, retreats and other activities.
