Dana worked at the Rothschild Foundation (Hanadiv) Europe in the UK between 2009 and 2013, where she oversaw Community Development, Museum, Jewish Heritage and Education Grant Programs and their development across the EU and Former Soviet Union.
From 2006 to 2009 Dana directed the Outreach National "Am Echad" Center of the Ronald S. Lauder Foundation that facilitated Jewish informal education and leadership programs for youth and young adults living in Germany. Prior to that, Dana managed the Youth Center of the Berlin Jewish Community and during her university studies worked with youth at risk in Israel.
Dana holds B.A. in Liberal Arts majoring in Language and Speech Science as well as Jewish Academic Studies from the Thomas Edison College, USA. She has received Arnold Fletcher Award for achieving excellence in her undergraduate studies. Dana graduated with honors from Touro Graduate School in Jerusalem receiving M.A. in Jewish Education with a minor in Educational Psychology.
Having been born in Azerbaidjan, raised in Germany and Switzerland, and educated in Israel Dana enjoyed a multi-cultural upbringing and is fluent in five languages. She enjoys studying classical Biblical and Talmudic texts, has a special passion for fine Judaica, literature and art museums, and cycles in her free time. Dana made Aliyah in 2013 and lives with her husband in Tel Aviv.
